However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Standard shipments are estimated ground delivery time within 2-7 business days once shipped. We offer optional express shipping on which may be selected at checkout.

* As soon as the Product(s) ordered are shipped, we will inform you by email allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you do not receive this email, we recommend that you check your spam box and, if it is not there, contact us as soon as possible at

* Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated during the order process, it being specified that this must be the address of your residence or any other physical person of your choice, or a parcel relay point. Le Sun III cannot be held responsible for a product that becomes lost or stolen at the time of delivery.

* Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
